Surely they have some sort of inventory log or something of the sort that can correctly prove that you had a unplaced dp head at the time of a crash and prove that one was placed.

This is in no way your fault especially seeing as it was inventory syncing failing as pc stated above.

Although I’m not staff and don’t know what they use in situations like these, I’m sure that there must be something that they can do to resolve things like these.

Might be an idea to try pm mat himself, I’ll see if I can get him to check the threat out!

 

I can fix this if I can verify it happened in proximity to a server crash.
Please post the coordinates where the head was accidentally placed so I can check logblock timestamp records against crash records.
