Thank you for taking the time to make an appeal.

I was frankly quite shocked to see that there was over 90 logblock pages of chest modifications on xHolaa's island linked to you. The player said they had not been on in about a month and logged on to find that their chests were practically completely empty.

My question to you is, why did you think it was okay to take this surplus of items at the time? Not only is it a hassle for the staff team to attempt to recover these items stolen, but it is also extremely disappointing for xHolaa as practically all their items were taken.

Where did you put these items? Do you think that you might still have a significant amount of these items? I understand if its difficult to remember, as the main loot occurred almost a month ago, but any information will help us locate the items to return them to their rightful owner. Whilst your compensation offer is appreciated, I would certainly expect that xHolaa would prefer their items back.

I am sorry, I don't have any of the items. They are either lost in chests or been spent\traded with.

 

Thanks for the information. We are still calculating what was taken (mainly the notable/important items). We will try to at least some of the stolen items back by going through chests owned by you on your island. 52Phenomenon and I will come up with something as a suitable compensation for xHolaa based on what we can retrieve.

You didn’t answer my other question of why you looted xHolaa. I would like for you to show remorse for your actions and show me that you will not repeat this offense if unbanned.

 

Sorry I didn't answer that question. I don't know why I did it, it was stupid and I feel real bad. I really hope she will forgive me.

 

We were able to get most of the more valuable items off of your island. These items have been returned to xHolaa.

I certainly hope you are sorry for your actions. This was one of the larger loots I have seen, which justified your 3 week ban. You seem quite sorry, so I will shorten your ban to 7 days. I will not issue a full unban to make sure you understand the severity of what you did.
