5. Do you think this ban was incorrect? Yes, for the most part. While the swearing portion of the ban is justified, I feel that the harassment section is completely erroneous, and I think the punishment for this alleged offense is overkill.
6. Please list any other times you have been banned on any of our platforms: I was muted for 60 hours a few days ago for a separate offense, which has already been appealed.
7. Why would you like to be unbanned? I would like for the ban to be removed because I feel that the ban was issued in error. I have learned my lesson for swearing in chat, and my decision to swear further is an indication that I decided to renege on my promise not to do so. Now, I solemnly pledge to you that I will not swear, and I will not appeal any further bans for swearing should they occur. I am not going to act like a self-righteous, selfish, arrogant kid, but I will answer any and all questions related to this appeal professionally and with courtesy and respect. I will not lash out at staff like I did last time. All I want is to be unbanned because I have learned that actions carry consequences and because I have learned that swearing in front of kids is not right and is disrespectful.

I have been waiting approximately two days now for a response from a staff member for forward proceedings with my appeal. Why is this the case? If I don't get a response within 72 hours, I will cancel the appeal and just let the ban expire.

You have been rightfully banned for breaking the rules on our server. You should be thankful that the server gives you the opportunity to be appeal your ban without having to wait it out. I have responsibilities in my real life. I'm sorry but if you cannot be patient enough to wait for me to reply to your appeal, you're free to go ahead and wait out the ban.

I'd love to believe this. However, considering you still believe your ban was incorrect, I suggest you read them again for a more thorough understanding of them.

It is most definitely not. The rules are clearly stated on forums and in-game. You've been previously given countless warnings due to your inappropriate behaviour and you still chose to go against our server rules.

The fact that the mute was appealed doesn't mean that it does not exist. Bdark decided to give you another chance and you sadly decided not only to be inappropriate again, but you also decided to harass a player.

If you wish to proceed with this appeal, you should start by acknowledging your actions. Otherwise, I will be forced to deny this appeal.

I will write my response in phases to answer yours.

1. I know I have been rightfully banned for breaking the rules of the server. I am most grateful that the server gives me the opportunity to appeal any and all bans/punishments for offenses that should have never been committed to begin with. I fully acknowledge the punishment process and respect the authority of staff members to exert their authority.

2. Heeding your suggestion, I have the rules not once, but twice more to gain full understanding of them. Considering the fact that I have never broken any rule except the two rules that I was banned for breaking, I have read those two specific rules more thoroughly than the rest of them. I assure you, I will not break these rules, or any rules, again.

3. Now that I know that I have been warned for breaking the rules and still committed the listed offense(s), I no longer see the punishment as overkill, but rightly imposed and of a length that should fit the offense. You have every right to punish me as you see fit, and I feel dumb for not recognizing your authority earlier.

4. I know that although the mute was revoked, it did not disappear from existence entirely. I know it remains on my record that all members of staff can see. And I know that those offenses will never be expunged from my record, and they will remain there permanently.

5. I am telling you the truth. I do not remember harassing anybody on the server prior to my ban. If you can provide a screenshot or anything else that can trigger my memory, if any memories exist, of me harassing anybody, I promise to rectify the behavior. Perhaps someone misinterpreted my behavior as harassment, but I do not recall harassing anyone.

Hello, Android. I'm really sorry for the late reply and I thank you for your patience. As I mentioned, I've been unfortunately extremely busy in real life.

Although you were not the one to say the worst things to the player involved, you still contributed to it instead of reporting your friends or asking them to stop. I can see the maturity with which you answered this appeal. You promised not to break any rules ever again, and I have decided to take you up on that.

Of course, it goes without saying that you may receive a harsher punishment if you are caught breaking any rules again, and that all these punishments go on a permanent record. I hope to see the same level of maturity from you in game.
