Is there a possible way to transfer donation ranks from one account to another? Unfortunately, macpak was hacked and I no longer have access to it :'(

 

I believe so but in most cases the original account is banned I think

Unfortunately there is no easy way of transferring ranks between accounts. If you have the transaction ID, you will be able to contact Mojang and retrieve your account. If Mojang cannot help with your situation, Kerahna might be able to help if you show valid evidence of owning the account and evidence of purchasing the rank.

 

Yeah I don't have the transaction ID as the account was brought in 2013, but I'm pretty sure I can provide evidence that I owned Macpak, I have the emails from when I brought things from the Skyblock store for Macpak

 

If you find a reciept, Kerahna should be able to transfer the rank from the old account to the new one, and ban the old account from the Server.

(Paypal Reciept, Skyblock Store Email Reciept etc.)

Might be worth posting the thread here with proof of the reciept as only Staff can see this;
