Hello! ♪('▽ ') For the past few days I've been working really hard to make my island look fairy-like and mystical. I'm really proud of how it's turning out so far but I've come to the third room and I'm stuck on ideas as to what to fill a pit I've created with... At first, I wanted to do a little beach with a dock but it didn't really fit the theme and the room was too small the make any of it look nice. Then, I wanted to fill it with grass and make a mushroom circle but that will take exactly 77 grass minimum to do the bare basics and around 85-90 grass to to make it extra pretty but my anxiety for spending large amounts of grass says hellll to the no... (ಥ_ಥ) (unless you can convince me otherwise) Soooo, I guess I'm here now for advice because my creative switch is temporarily off right now. If you can think of anything that'll look nice, please let me know! (and feel free to visit my island in-game to get a better sense of the general theme! @kandy2011) ⇩⇩⇩
Maybe a little fishing pond with a dock and some lily pads? You would be surprised how many newbies want to go fishing
That would be a really cool idea for a room that’s connect to one of the main ones. The thing with this room is that I have it so you have to walk through it to get to the next area and swimming through it might be a bit tedious hehe. I will definitely consider adding a fishing area off to the side! ε(*´･ω･)з
Cover the gap with glass and pretend it's a mirror; mirror the whole room upside down on the other side of the glass.

Hey there cooties, to save grass you can use lime clay and green carpets as grass floor, if you visite and look around you will see the examples, you may like it ^~^
That would be AWESOME if that was pulled off... would be as amazing as a newbie attraction. As an idea of my own, could be a descending pit with things that represent skyblock e.g grass, spawners.
Ohhhh that’s a really good idea !!! I was thinking of using only unglazed teracotta and grass but with the wool carpet too, it’ll give it more depth. Thank you! But I know don’t know how the fire mechanics work on skyblock and most of my island is just leaves and wood so I’d be terrified to have it go up in flames and I think I’d cry for days. (◞‸◟；)

I've finished filling in the pit and instead of choosing just one idea, I tried my best to incorporate elements of almost all of your suggestions.
