Server name (.net / .org): .org In-game name: dpro123 Full exact Ban Message: Advertising nunyabz Did you read the rules ? Yes of course Why do YOU think you were banned? I did nothing and didn't even play minecraft and I am banned... Was this an incorrect ban? yes Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? I did in .net but never in .org Why do you think you should be unbanned? I should be unbanned because I didn't even play minecraft and I was banned. I do not SHARE my account with anyone.
I was almost sure I took screenshots of every advert now. Maybe this one is old. However, that's definitely my ban message, and I couldn't have just banned your account without seeing your name pop up telling people to join your server. I absolutely do not ban for advertising unless I'm sure that the user intentionally promoted their server. You did advertise, and if it wasn't you it was your account.
Don't deny the appeal until nunyabz responds. nunyabz, if you cannot find your old screenshots I believe it is in your best interest to unban this user. If he decides to advertise or break any of our rules again - for that matter - then I believe a ban without a chance for an appeal is justifiable.
He broke the rules once, when I unbanned him, I did so with the intent that if he broke another rule, I'd deny it.
I prefer to unban for things that aren't devastating. There just isn't a response here from the player yet. I say give it a little bit more time, just in case of some unforeseen extenuating circumstances.
nunyabz..? If Nunyabz does not take this (Made on May 4th) by tomorrow and since he has no proof.. I will take this appeal.
The user has not signed on since the time of making the appeal (much longer than a week ago), and is showing absolutely no interest in trying to sort this out. I also believe there are other mods who remember this username as one of the advert bans. If they tried to work it out I probably would have accepted it, but because the user has really no interest in trying, I'm just going to deny this appeal. If for some reason the user decides to appeal again, it should not be automatically denied.
