have you ever been banned? (if yes why?) yes once i was flying with the /fly command (that i was aloud to) and i got banned for an hour for flying.
why do you think you should be mod? Because there has been allot of times were iv seen someone doing things there not aloud to do (deathtrap, selling mud) and no one did anything about it but me and i wasn't able to kick them or anything to punish them and when i ask for a mods assistance they generally ignore me and i plan on responding to each message and helping (witch i do anyway) so i wont ignore messages
what qualifications do you have? are that even not being a mod i help lots of people and i could do better as a mod and i know how to act also i am a nice person and i have spoken with many moderators and had a good chat and im an admin on another server.
