I was just visiting someone else's island and I was banned for no reason. I would like to get unbanned, so that I can continue playing.

That is the account of my brother, we sometimes play together. I didn't know he was banned, when did that happen?

 

Unless I keep my PC running while it isn't locked and he then logs in through there, he has no access to my account

 

Thanks, however upon trying to log in, I noticed that I'm still banned.
