What the title says. To my knowledge it is a bug that needs to be fixed? I'm posting in here for hope to get it recovered. Appreciate the help.

I've managed to successfully confirm that you lost a spawner during the times that this bug/glitch was occurring and you will have the spawner returned to your enderchest/inventory in the coming hours! I'll keep this open until it is delivered in case there are any further issues.
