4. This is the first time ive been on forums (i never had an account)
5. I do not think this ban was incorrect
6. I have only been banned for 3 days due to island trading on Skyblock Survival
7. I want to be unbanned because i think that 20 days was a bit rough, i am a nice player and I never trying to cause harm to the amazing community of skyblock.
8. I will remember this for a while, because this is my favorite minecraft server, and i promise to try my best in preventing myself from being banned again. Honestly i don't know what i was thinking, i should of known better not to IRL trade, especially after hearing previous stories of other traders getting banned for it.

10. I apologise for breaking the skyblock rules. I have now thoroughly read through all rules and understood that what i have done was a mistake.

Once again i am deeply regretting what i did last night and furthermore sorry to the community and staff team. Hopefully i can get a second chance so i can play my favorite server

I'd like to start off your appeal by asking you a few questions. Answer them honestly.

1) Why did you choose to IRL trade?
2) How many people did you ask or trade with?
3) Who did you ask to trade with?
4) Did you trade anything?

Answering these questions will give me a better idea of what you were thinking and what you are thinking. I want to start off with them before we go into the depths of why you should be unbanned.

1. Well I wanted to get my brother something for his birthday and i was informed that IRL trading is possible on this server. So it was my only option, and i didnt know that it would lead to these consequences. However, after reading the rules thoroughly i now have a clear understanding that IRL trading on this server is not on.

2. I didnt ask many people to trade, i mainly chatted on discord with a few blokes that told me to be careful

3. I only asked 2 people to trade that idk if i feel safe giving names. It wasn't to serious anyway as they disagreed with the offer

4. At the end of the day I didn't trade anything if you would like to of known what i would of traded let me know.

 

I believe in Minecraft's Eula they state that IRL trading is illegal (their content cannot be sold for money). This is something that is most likely universal across all multiplayer servers.

I do not know who told you this, but you should have asked a staff member if this was true.

IRL trading is serious and is not allowed on this server.

What were you planning on trading?

 

I was planning on trading 10 legendary keys for $60aus itunes card

 

What I'm confused about is why you thought this was okay after stating in the first part of your ban appeal that you were aware it was illegal.

Did you know it was illegal beforehand or not? Your claims about it are all over the place.

 

i did know it was illegal but i didn tknow i would suffer these consequences

 

If you break a server rule, you will be banned. What did you think would happen?

 

I didnt expect this to happen, 30 days, i honestly expected a warning, and don't get me wrong i make mistakes all the time but here I don't know what I was doing, just being stupid and it lead to this punishment :L

 

Elaborate on why you should be unbanned. I haven’t seen any reason to unban you so far apart from this possibly being a bad mistake on your part.

 

Hello, I would like to be unbanned because, this is my favorite server. I loved to play on it, it has a wonderful community that i always try to improve. I never had any intents of affecting the server in a negative effect. And i am deeply sorry for what I have done. This is my second ban, I never expected to get any ban, I thought I was good. Honestly, I believe that i have learned from my mistakes and that I should be unbanned, I promise that I will try my very best to help the community and never will IRL trade again. I have carefully and thoroughly read and checked through all the rules. And I will never do anything remotely like it again.

 

My concerns about unbanning you circle back to these two points. You are essentially telling me that you won't IRL trade again, but you're not telling me that you will never break the rules again. Simply stating that you plan on following the rules and not breaking anything "close to" IRL trading does not make me want to unban you.

Can you restate the rule of IRL trading in your own words? This will show me that you are able to understand the rules by interpreting them and rewriting them in your own words.

 

IRL trading in skyblock is unacceptable, it is illegal to use any currency that doesn't have any relation with the server in trade with items. The only exception is paying in- game currency or items for ranks, upgrades etc.

 

Due to this being your first long ban, I'll give you another chance. Follow the server rules and don't try to break any of them again.
