4. Yes I have read the rules.
5. Initially I believed the ban was incorrect but now I realise if my casino is actually a scam then I do deserve the ban.
6. This is the first time I have been banned
7.I would like to be unbanned because when I built the casino, it wasn't intended to be a scam. I was told that the system wasn't connected to each other which is what made it a scam however I believed that it was connected which I see now caused problems. Like I said in number 5, I now believe that if the casino is a scam then I do deserve a ban which is why I waited a few days before making this.
8. To prevent this in the future, I will not make any casinos again, therefore making the chances of me scamming other players zero.
10. I have read the rules and fully understand them.

I apologise for my actions, I will make sure it doesn't happen again.

I'd just like to apologise in the delays we may experience in this appeal. I'm currently extremely busy with work and therefore I can only reply to this appeal when I am on my break.

Despite it may have not been intentional, your casino was not connected at all to your chest shop (where you took grass from players) and it was also not connected to the dropper/dispenser where items should've come out from. Something that was also noticed was how you continued to advertise your casino in-game on a regular basis - every few minutes. Perhaps it may have been auto-advert that may have continued the adverts, but I'm not sure how a casino gets disconnected, without intention? The reason you were banned is because multiple people had played your casino (as can be seen by the number of grass in the trade chest) and they didn't get anything so people went behind the casino to look at all the redstone, and it just wasn't connected. If you could clear up what happened here that would be great! Thanks

Yes, I was using an auto advert for the advertisements which is why I was consistently advertising.

The placement of the casino on the ship I built made it hard to build the system in the first place, so I might have broken some redstone unintentionally (e.g. breaking a block which may have a repeater or something similar on). I also did multiple tests to try and connect the buy chest, therefore I may have changed it without realising which worked.

If it helps, I will refund anyone who bought from it, (Which I did to to those players who asked before the ban got put in place)

I appreciate the fact that there was not a lot of room in your build and you did not want to compromise the aesthetic of the build for the casino's redstone, however it is absolutely paramount that you ensure your casino works properly in that space, otherwise you will have to move it. This ban isn't really a lack of understanding on the rules side, but more of just a series of events where there wasn't enough attention towards the casino - of course being unintentional but sill requiring a ban.

Thank you so much for refunding people who bought from your casino, I'm happy that you did this before your ban was put in place and it makes this process a whole lot easier. This does not mean that you should never make a casino again though, you can still make one! Just make sure that:

• You make sure all the redstone components are connected up to the dropper/dispenser and chest.
• Ensure that the dropper/dispenser always has the loot promised (check daily)
• Test, test and test. If you do not have an alternate account to test the casino then you can always ask someone on the server to come and test it out, you can give them the payment for the shop and then you can see if it works!
• There is enough space for all the redstone to function properly

Hopefully these measures will prevent you from being banned again in the future.
Please make sure you re-read our rules before you log back on just so they're fresh in your mind!
