Hey I have a question. So recently I emailed skyblock due to needing some information and I’m yet to receive a response. Does anybody know how long they usually take to reply?
I’m not really sure if the e-mail account is actively monitored, and who is in charge of it if it is active. The normal way to gain informations is by coming here to the forums and asking a question in help section or by messaging a member of the staff team. Most of the time you can receive your answer here; everyone on the staff team and many players will be happy to help
In that case, I had a minecraft account that I used to play on in around 2015/2016 until I somehow lost access to it at the beginning of 2016. On that account, I had gone through ranks on a skyblock server which I do believe was this one. The last username that was active on that account was DearLeaderBubble or iiBubble. I’d like to be able to possibly transfer my rank over whatever it was from that account due to the fact I can no longer get into it anymore. Furthermore, when I had lost access to it I was quite young and did not understand how to get it back so I never really attempted to. I’ve recently tried getting it back through minecraft but I don’t have access to that email anymore. So would there be anyway possible I could prove that was my account and have the rank moved over? This is because I really enjoy playing on this server and don’t really want to purchase them all over again & also because I don’t have access to a paypal account anymore. If this was not the server that account purchased a rank on, I apologise for wasting your time by reading this but thank you for doing so. I just can’t fully remember which server it was as it was a few years back.
It’s best to create a thread here: https://skyblock.net/forums/donor-donation-issues.32/ and describe your issue there. Kerahna usually deals with donation issues so you could also start a conversation with her, or alternatively message her on discord: Kerahna#3984. If you can prove that you are the account owner, then I’m sure Kerahna might be able to sort something out for you. Edit: she is currently online on discord and forums.
Generally, staff will not transfer ranks across accounts. It can be difficult to fully prove a rightful account owner, if the player has truly lost the account or not, etc. One main concern is players claiming to have lost access to an account, then later managing to get back into it. The player may then want to transfer back the rank to their main account, creating a hassle for staff. Overall, it's very difficult to prove everything is as it should be and that a rank transfer is appropriate.
This concern could be avoided by removing the rank from the previous account couldn’t it? My guess is you would prove an account with the IP- although that could potentially cause more issues.
Yes I do understand this may be a concern. However, would it be possible to remove the rank from that account as TogPuss said?
Sorry, I edited my response to be worded better. Having duplicate donor ranks wasn't a real issue, I'm not sure why I said that. I'm going to stop talking before I add anymore confusion situation. You can try doing as Togpuss suggested, though it may not go anywhere. I just wanted to establish our precedent that ranks are very rarely transferred, for a multitude of reasons.
Removing the rank from the other account is the easy part and can be done with with a few clicks. Proving that you are who you say you are is the harder part.
I understand that. If there is any way I could possibly prove that was my account a few years ago I will do so.
The best way to prove is probably by IP. If you still live in the same building as the one used to create the previous account, it could be tracked- don’t quote me on that one. If not, this will become increasingly difficult to prove. No worries; any time! If you have anymore questions, just ask away and I’ll do my best to reply to them. Best of luck getting your rank back!
I could not find any records of a purchase under your old account on this server. I think most likely it was a different server as there are many skyblock servers around the internet!

Honestly I have no idea now that I have received this information from Kerahna. I was almost certain it was this server but obviously not so now I’m quite confused. But i’ll let you know if I get any ideas.
