5. Do you think this ban was incorrect? First 2 warnings are understandable but 3rd one was a miss understanding i was trying to close my casino and someone tried to play when i took my mob spawner out.

7. Why would you like to be unbanned? Because its the only server i play and its fun and i dont think 3rd reason was fair to ban me + i was about to upgrade my rank.

To begin, I'll do a simple analysis of what you have written.

From the timeline this doesn't seem like an accurate representation of what happened. BertBerry became suspicious of your casino after he spent 34 grass on it, hoping to win a spawner as you advertised. He then messaged me to come and take a look at the casino, where there was no spawner ever put in or taken out of the dispenser. When I turned up, that was the point that you had decided to close your casino and you said it "wasn't working". Here though, you mention that you took your spawner out, despite no logs showed anything to do with a spawner.

This reason was more than fair to ban you for, I had warned you twice prior to this ban for reasons and I insisted that you read the rules (by which you have claimed to said to have done) but your actions prove to me that you actually haven't read the rules, please be honest, have you actually read the rules? Also as a side note, wanting to upgrade to the next rank will not affect your appeal.

From what I can see, you have not only proven that your story does not check out with yourself but also it seems like you are not telling the truth to a staff member, and this will severely impact your appeal so I suggest taking a different approach in your next reply and we can discuss on any further steps.

 

Ok, I understand and see what your saying. My apporach was kind of silly. The reason u may not see the spawner is because my casino broke so i had to replace it and i didnt put a spawner in to make sure it was working. SolarDogz and kylek05 were there and can also tell u what happened. My casino did break and I thought it was fixed but clearly not as bertberry played and half of his goes nothing came out. I am fine with giving him his grass back as there was no spawner and it was still half broken. Also honestly I actually have read the rules because I never try to get banned. The incident with Bl0CkeRr was all my fault because I fully stole his spawner. I am sorry for causing trouble and I am going to stay away from Casinos so nothing happens again. The incident with bertberry wasn't actually intended as is may have seemed and im sorry and I will give his grass back. Please could u unban me.

 

What do you mean your casino broke, how? I don't understand as a few items were still coming out and there was never a spawner in there in the first place. Also, if you knew it was broken, why didn't you test it? I am still not fully convinced by your story and also I am not sure that you do know the rules. Please can you re-write the rules below in your own words so that I know you fully understand, in order to prevent such a situation from happening again.

 

My Casino Was broken, I tested it twice and it worked and I don't fully undesrstand why It didn't come out every go for BertBerry. I know there was never a spawner but in the old dispenser there was but I replaced it and was testing and then BertBerry had a go when there was no spawner which is my fault but it wasn't on purpose that's why I will refund him. I know u may not believe me but I wouldn't lie in a story about trying to get me unbanned because it will make it worse. This is what happened and u could check my inventory and I had a spawner I just hadn't put it in yet. Also ill write the rules as I remember.
One rule Is that there is no griefing
Another rule is to not PvP with other players in non-pvp zones
Another rule is that u cannot advertise other servers in noobcrews server.
Another rule is no stealing from other players or scamming
Another rule is to not island farm which is getting a friend to make an island and take the stuff from there island and all the dirt because dirt trading is illegal.
Another rule is not to use alot of Caps Lock in the chat
Another rule is not to spam things in the chat
Another rule is To respect every player and not disrespect anyone or the server
Another rule is do not trade illegal items such as sand and dirt
Another rule is there are items on the server which are illegal to own or have on ur island and a rule is to not have any of these items
Another rule is do not do In appropriate things like have inappropriate skin or builds
Another rule is if u have access to the commands /nick do not abuse it
Another rule is that mods are allowed to do things like go into creative and everything but there not allowed to change for example the gamemode of other players.
Another rule is that mods are allowed to banned players but they can only banned players if they have a valid reason
Another rule is just to use common sense.
These are all the rules that I have read and understand.

 

I believe you are sorry about what you did, however in the future please make sure that you do not send too many messages to my inbox. I want to emphasise that when you are unbanned, you must refund the players that played when your casino was out of action, and you must apologise to all of them too. I will be checking throughout the week if this has been done, I also would like to say that you need to be careful with what you do! You should've locked your island when it wasn't working and not keep it open, think about the future to prevent any circumstances similar to this one from occurring again.

This one is so important in my opinion, please think twice when you do things, and use your common sense. If you know it's wrong, then don't do it. It's really not worth it, as you have experienced today with your ban.

You have been warned 3 times recently by me, I really do not want you to be breaking any other rules in the future, otherwise not only will I be very disappointed, but so will you when you have been banned again and you will not be able to appeal it. Please do not let me down.
