So I have been thinking that it would be pretty cool if players were allowed to buy unlimited tickets for/lot.

I think it would be more interesting especially for newer players because they would have a chance at getting larger amounts of grass.

I’m sure many people would buy more than 2 tickets if they had the opportunity to, buy it’s just an idea that I wanted to throw out there.

Edit: This can be labeled as a “super lottery” and can appear twice every 24 hours.

The whole point of it being maxed at 2 is to ensure that everyone has an equal chance of winning, however, realistically speaking why should it be fair for all people who enter? I don’t see a downside to the limit being removed.

 

The downside I see to lifting the limit is that it could be insanely skewed to those entering on numerous alts; I'm unsure how anything could control/limit the number of alts one entered on, and it would not be realistic to expect staff to manually monitor this (if even they could: VPN usage would likely factor in as an issue to even manual monitoring).

 

Why would it matter if people entered on numerous alts? People do that now anyway without punishment?

 

I guess it's a rule change or an issue that staff simply gave up on controlling then: around the time I previously played here, it was not allowed and WAS punishable.

I'm just saying that someone entering with 5-15 alts is much more likely to win the grass pots than someone not entering on alts. I personally would prefer not to see that happen, thus I do not give this idea support. Just my 2 cents.

 

Well would alts even matter at that point? Because the more tickets you buy the better chance you have to win so I don’t think buying tickets with an alt would improve your chances in this new system.

 

I support it, it doesn’t make it unbalanced in anyway as the profit doesn’t change if you win if you have 1 ticket or 100 tickets, the profit doesn’t change, but the loss does and that’s down to the person, so why not.

 

It would be unbalanced and turn into a pay to win system.

 

Not really because if you but a lot of tickets, you are taking a bigger risk if you don’t win which makes things exciting is how I see it.

 

I agree. I would like to win more grass. But i also dis-agree because people could just get alts on then log of straight away so there would be no evidence.

While I initially thought the same, I realized that eventually it would turn into people betting multiple stacks of 64 grass to have a 99.9% chance of winning and making a guaranteed profit. People would likely stop playing it altogether if this meta took over.

 

Well maybe the cap should be 32 grass instead, or an increased amount other than simply 2.

 

They could put a cap on it but I think 2 is very low. There should be more excitement involved.

 

I do think that there should be a cap, but I likewise agree that 2 is a bit low. It might almost be cool to see how things would go if it was bumped up to 5 for awhile (even if a trial period that might be reversed back to 2 if it becomes a problem).

I personally prefer 2 more than 5 as well, but if it were bumped up to like 5 or so (but a cap remained), I'd still play it, whereas if the cap were removed entirely, I would not. But, I figured perhaps a bit of compromise in that direction would at least be something agreeable to those who would like to see the cap gone.

Neutral. Are u suggesting to raise the cap but keep the percentage the same? I think people are being confused about the percentage being connected to how much grass u spend.
