I was in the nether and i was killed by pigman when i came back the pigman had my sword and wings. I asked JustThijs to help me get my items back. When we killed the pigman it did not drop my items. What should i do.

That's like dying in /warp hostile and losing your items. It's your fault the items are gone and theres nothing anyone can do about it.

 

But it's not my fault that the mobs don't drop items they pick up

 

It's not a 100% chance for them to drop it, it's just how it works bud.

The only thing you can do now is to learn from this and make sure it doesn't happen again. Like we said it's not the servers fault you lost the items so there's nothing that the staff team can do about it.

Negligence isn't a reason to get your items back.

Also, I'd like to point out that you didn't cite any evidence of you losing the items, you just sent 2 photos of the chat lol.

 

I have a witness that was there when it happened. I did not know to take a screenshot. Because i thought that wings where a 100% drop rate on this server

 

If the server is at fault for lost items, they'll try their best to refund the items. You got killed in the nether, not the servers fault, and the zombie pigman that yoinked your gear didn't drop them, also not the servers fault.

 

Its the server fault for making an item that you can only get from paying real money able to be taken by mobs

 

and the server say its fair game for OTHERS pigman are not other players they are mobs

 

There is no need to argue here. The items were dropped in the nether and there was a warning that you can lose your items there.
I know it's annoying but I lost my elytra in the nether too when I died. Maybe you'll get another one at some point
