I was banned a month ago and at first it was permanent but I submitted an appeal and was reduced to 30 days but when I connected to see how much longer was left it still says “You are permanently banned” can a staff member help with this?My ban appeal is in the ban appeal archives dated around sept. 16 if you wanna look. Uhhh I just logged on and I’m missing a BUNCH of vote keys that I bought from a chest shop ? I’m literally missing like 5-6 stacks of keys I had a bunch in my echest and in my inventory why are they removed? I didn’t do anything illegal to get those
