For everyone that can’t be bothered to read this.

Tl:dr Just wait 20 minutes for /fix and don’t complain about something 1 minute after it is occurred, because it will be fixed shortly.

    Be patient.

Wasn't this initially implemented because of people using autofix? Why not ban mods/hacks like that alltogether since they're probably even more useful than ranks can get you benefits. (For example Iako's dozen of bots to mine quartz automatically).

Redstone issue set aside as it was quickly addressed and is being fix and most of the redstone is now running again.

Talking about the 20min cooldown timer for /repair /fix current issue. Bit harsh yes we can all agree 20min cooldown for a $50 and above donor command is more then a bit harsh.

Looking at this issue from more then one angle.
First lets look at the owner/dev's/mod's angle:

    Implemented to reduce lag.
--- kind of co insides with afk farms.
    Implemented to reduce afk farms.
--- want to reduce the amount of afk farms on the server to free up lag granting better player experience,
Implemented to better serve the skyblock community.
    --- read above

2nd lets look at player angle

Non donor's have on issue as its a $50 and above perk. (pay to use)
--- all non donor's have to do is ask in chat if anyone can repair a item/gear.
    $50 and above donor
--- possible chargeback will occur: reducing the amount of time donors can use a payed for command meny people may start to chargeback. I've seen it happen before. It just like saying you can buy /fly but you can only use it during 9am cst and 12pm cst that's all fine and good for people living in central usa but people living overseas may not work so well.
--- look on the bright side you can now start charging for /repairs don't start small eather start at around $1500 on economy and 3-5 grass on classic/skyblock

    3rd angle

    The ever fading d400 donor

    Yet another nerf.

What can be done as this effects everyone even the players that build there afk farms just under there shops so when they get visiters the chunks load and the farms can do what they do (auto sugarcane, auto melon/pumpkin, auto cacti farms) as these farms don't need anykind of player interaction at all no need for a /repair /fix for this kind of farm. semi auto wheat, potato, carrot, beetroot, netherwort farms again no need for /fix /repair for this after the first planting. Stone/cobble gens/manual cut tree farms, vines, wool these farms are the main ones that use /fix /repair. there is a fix to get around this its costly however and requires a hack client like wurst or huzini to auto change tools. Just fill up your hot bar with the tool you will be using to farm with for example wool make 9 shears and fill your hot bar with them. 20 min time x 9 tools = 3 hours even more if you can get off a auto /repair /fix in there some where so about 4 hours of pure afk grinding.

now I haven't forgotten about mob grinders. 2 options here full auto or manual mob killing. Full auto killing requires no /fix /repair as mobs die via falling best choice no redstone. or by crushing.

Manual killing on the other hand can use /fix /repair but does not need to. if sward is enchanted with mending no need for /repair /fix if not then just use same method as the example for the wool farming listed above.

Now is 20min to long yes I agree with all of you that it is very long as most non enchanted tools cant last a full 20 mins.

maybe reduce the cooldown to 3-5 mins even 6 mins is livable.

With regard to the /fix cooldown - there is no need for anyone to spam it multiple times a minute. It takes 5+ minutes for a maxed pick to die using it constantly. The issue here is about fixing other things. I have mentioned 80 minutes to fix my armour after visiting the nether after fighting a few blazes. The answer for the big farms is to outlaw them or quote a maximum size AND get staff actually on the server to police it. If I have to slow down my stone gen then so be it but give us back /fix. We need it to play the game.

I don't mind a /fix cooldown, but I do have an issue with it being 20 minutes long. 5 minutes would be more reasonable in my opinion. The issue for lag is the creation of these huge machines. As Choco_Orange said above, we should police the machines instead of nerfing /fix.

I believe the /fix delay was completely justified, there was a large amount of lag from people (and their alts) afking at large stone farms and using nuker cheats to mine away. This would strain the server a lot. I am 100% for reducing server lag. I believe it is still under discussion whether nuker is a banned cheat now or not.

Today i had to take down multiple inventorys of wool, if i could still /fix everytime yes it would be faster, but it ook little to no time to fix my shears at my grinder. Wich is just a basic 8 spawner grinder. Yes it may be 'annoying' but if you play 'normal' legit survival in single player you can't do /fix either..
And yes, I understand its a perk, and people pay for their ranks and their perks but if it might help reduce lag I don't see a problem because you can still /fix, maybe just not as much as youre used to.
