Is there anyway to get a refund?

    So I recently bought "fly" and I don't really use it or want it anymore so I was wondering if I could get a refund for it? this is a very short thread I know :/

    I don’t think they would refund it. They might be able to move it to another account but I don’t know if that’s something they would consider.

    If you don’t play on the server anymore you can chargeback it ( will get you permanent banned )

    As rolly said theres only one way to get your money back and thats to chargeback im sure that you and Keranha could work something out but dont chargeback

    I would but I still play on the server I just don't want it anymore and I feel i could use the money for something more useful

    That’s why you should always read the tiny letters ( in this case the first sentence of the TOS )

    Unfortunately, we are not able to transfer or refund donations. We are always happy to try to help out in any way we can, if any sort of significant issue with a donation has occurred, especially if it seems to be a problem caused by our system. However, with that being said, refunds are not generally issued if there is not a significant reason to do so, as it was clearly stated in the terms of service that all purchases are non-refundable, and doing so can interfere with the ability to process future upgrades for your account.

I will be archiving this thread, as it seems that the question has already been answered; however, you should feel free to send a private message to any staff member if you have further questions that you would like answered, and we will do our best to clear up any confusion.
