[The_Worm] Inappropriate Name [Cyk] [Accepted]

    A mod by the name of Cyk753 banned me for my name and i was not able to respond to him because i already have been given a chat restriction by another mod (Devannn), which is fair, I tried to find Cyk753 in the game to place a sign down and speak to him that way, but i could not find him, and since i was not able to respond he gave me a 30 day ban, when he should have checked to see what type of restrictions i already had in the game, which is the most common sense thing to do. I found it unfair, that i was banned and i had to ask my brother to talk to him, to get me unbanned.

    I already spoke to Cosmic_Khan about this. They said they were you brother. They said you already spoke with Devannn_ and that he instituted a mute instead of a ban. A ban is typical for these sorts of situations. And your name was disruptive to the community. I saw several other people acting up over it. Cosmic_Khan told me that your account was new and the count down was 20 days until you can change the name. The thing is, you really should have been more careful when you created your minecraft account. I have already unbanned your account for now. I hope that Kerahna can weigh in on the situation though.
