i was collecting my shulker boxes and i had 6 and their colors are the following
blue
white (insert white color)
red
yellow
green
light blue (the one i lost and the one with the valuables)

i lost the light blue shulker box due to my ping which at the time was 230ms, and while i was collecting my shulker boxes the light blue box fell in the void and i couldn't get it even with /god, in the box i had like 7-10 stack of grass, 1 stack of diamonds, and some other stuff i don't remember.

the question is how do i get my stuff back?
and do i need proof of me having these items?

 

Bad luck, seems you'll have to just suck it up for this one.

If you find me in game I can give you some rares, I don't play anymore anyway.

 

Unfortunately I don’t think there is a way for you getting the items back, however if you message me in game I’ll hook up with something.

Pretty sure you cannot get items back from void/clear lag. Although i’m tagging moderators. This happened to me way too many times in the past especially in classic. feelsbadman. BertBerry Bossgamer Michael

 

as I said, unfortunately, they can't help you... I know it sucks. But you're responsible for your items just be more careful in the future

Just accept the free items I gave you, and try and come back where you were originally.

 

it's like accidentley throwing your pick in the void, staff can't do anything about it and it is kinda your fault (not trying to be rude) for doing it
