Joking or not, you tried to impersonate another player AND you said bad things under their persona. Also, you left unhelpful and disrespectful comments/criticism on their application (the whole comment was just outright attacking them). I will deny your ban as you were banned multiple times in the past, and you still haven't learned/followed the rules.
