    1. Did you read the rules ?
    Yes, many times.
    1. Why do YOU think you were banned?
I think I was ban because I did not understand the situation, and also there was a lanuage barrier, also the person did not tell me I scammed him, and if he had done so, I would have done what he wanted, be he went straight to the forums, and did not even report me, but claimed that he made a mistake.
    1. Was this an incorrect ban?
    not sure
    1. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for?
Yes, island farming (over 8 months ago), death threats (over 3 years ago), scamming (over 3 years ago), griefing (over 3 years ago).
    1. Why do you think you should be unbanned?
I think that I should be unban, because I did not mean to scam this person, and I feel that even if this trade did not go the way that melon intended it to, It was not completely my fault, and I am sorry for scamming this person, and I did not understand the situation, and i know that does not make it ok, but I do believe that this is not completely my fault, and that the communication was not very good between us. Melon also does not have the best reputation on this server, he scammed a silk pick, griefed someone of their rares shulkers, and more (according to people who have talked to me).

Also, kerahna please don't deny this right away.

It is not your job to punish someone you think is a scammer, by scamming them. It doesn't matter what melonen's reputation is. The fact is that he upgraded your alt's island and got nothing out of it.

Do you think that what you did was a fair trade?
This user paid $15 and instead of getting the island as advertised, he was /trusted for a few minutes while you gave the island to someone else (who then untrusted him).

He literally said ok to me when I asked if I can reset now, and was perfectly happy, and I am just tellling you that maybe he knew that, and a day later he realized that he did not like the deal. he also told me “I just take the stuff”, showing that he did not want the island.

*oh and no, I don’t think this is a fair deal, but I have bought leg keys for 100 grass before, and other things like that, and that is allowed.

If you agree to buy a key for 100 grass, then that is your decision. If you agree to sell and island for $15 and then not actually give him the island, then you are scamming him, and that has nothing to do with you having bought keys for 100 grass in the past. Just because you made a bad deal in the past doesn’t give you the right to scam other users in the future.

He said “I just take the stuff” because you told him you couldn’t give him the island yet, that you needed your friend to pick him his rares first, so he wanted to be trusted in order to take some things. If you think that this slight misinterpretation of his words justifies your scam, then this appeal is going nowhere.
