Rule Broken and Description: Scamming.

I paid the user 250 diamonds (in advance last Tuesday or Wednesday the 16th or the 17th) to Receive an upgrade from skylord to skygod when the user got paid on Monday the 22nd. This was to make sure the upgrade got completed on the assumption that the sale would end on Monday night without needing to track me down. I have still not Received the upgrade. Apologies for the rather lackluster evidence, I wasn't expecting this to happen as the user has done upgrades for people in the past.

I will remove frivolous posts from other players not involved. Please treat this as a report thread.

 

I can confirm no purchases have been made under CVS_ or Terminator966 this past week; will try to find your diamonds for you.

For future trades like this, you can make sure you don't get scammed by asking a mod to hold on to your payment for you until the upgrade goes through, rather than giving it directly to the other player

 

I was only able to find 181 diamonds in his possession. He does have some grass as well though, so I think I should be able to make up the rest in grass. I do have to leave now (avengers!!); will put the diamonds in your inv and will get the rest to you soon. The player has been banned for scamming.

I've removed an additional 345 grass from CVS_ , at a rate of 5 grass per diamond.
