5.My account western_revenge9 was banned under the reason of inappropriate builds. I was informed that it was due to the Swastika or Sauwastika that was built out of netherrack on my island.

8.I used it to express my religion and have a prosperous sign of peace that stood out from the dreary cobble and wood on the island. So that my friends would be blessed or feel a sense of peace on the island and not be aggravated while playing. I know that to the people in the west this is often depicted as a sign of German nationalism or white supremacism. However, my build was not meant to represent that. I apologize for the misunderstanding it may have caused and I now know not to build things that could cause potential misunderstandings in the future, as this is a multicultured server and I should take responsibility for potential misunderstandings.

We cannot be sure who is to come across the island. Structures like ones you have created can be very confronting and offensive to some people. The structure has since been destroyed.

Since this is your first offence, I will get you to restate the rules in your own words. Upon this, I will unban you under the condition that if you commit another offence, the punishment will be much more severe, and your chances of successfully appealing be much lower as I will assume that what you have said in this appeal is a lie. Do you understand?

I apologize for the earlier confusion. I now know that I should refrain from building structures that can be perceived in potentially offensive ways. I understand that if I should be punished again that my punishment will be more severe and the chances of a second appeal will be lowered significantly. Thank you for your time.

Disrespecting players by threatening or calling someone out is not allowed. Along with flaming, spamming, creating offensive nicknames or builds, or any sort of discriminating. Posting links that are inappropriate, could cause harm, or draw users away from Skyblock is also prohibited. Scamming or griefing other player's islands are also prohibited. DdoS, Hacking, Doxing, or threats of such are also not allowed on the server.Attempting to avoid bans with other accounts is also bannable. And finally offensive names, nicknames, or skins is bannable.
