Do you think that people should be able to do / enchant if they had the enchantment book in their inventory but the enchantment would only be the book they have?
No support, /enchant is already a command that was given to donors, however they can only use it to enchant the natural enchants that items can have. Moreover, we also have anvils that can be made quite easily or you can ask to borrow them from other people if they’re feeling kind!

No Support That is a [Donor] perk and also that would defeat the purpose of anvils when the option is available.
No support, giving donor commands to non-donors would defeat the point a little. You can always ask a donor or moderator with the permissions to enchant for you!
