7. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? Yes. The bans were a very long time ago, however the one I do remember was a case of guilt by association dealing with god books. After a long appeal process I was deemed to be innocent by CypriotMerks and was unbanned.
8. Why do you think you should be unbanned?

My in game account and forums account were IP banned a long time ago by CypriotMerks when he was admin. He banned them because I seriously angered him by trying to say he was being corrupt and unfair. I never was given the opportunity to apologize for my heated side of the exchange due to that fact he banned my forums instantly. In the exchange I was rude and deserving of some punishment, however I believe a 3-7 day ban would have been more than sufficient. While I was rude about it, I never swore or used any kind of insults. The way that I was rude was that I chose to call him out, on what I perceived to be serious issues in his conduct, in the public chat rather than messaging him on the forums or in game. I believe this exchanged happened over 2 years ago but I am not 100% sure since it has been such a long time. As far as I am aware this was the extent of the issue that he had with my conduct. Given the length of time that has passed I believe I have payed a more than fair price for something that was a chat issue. In addition to that, since Cyp is no longer admin and it was a personal grudge rather than my conduct on the server that got my banned. Thank you for your time and consideration in my appeal. ​

I understand your concerns and reasoning and I fully recognize the validity of them.
Firstly, WOW, hi, I didn't think there was any staff still around from my time so it is good to see a familiar name.
I do promise to be polite to staff and obey the rules of the server.
I understand that Cyp no longer being staff does not have a factor in my appeal process.
I have been forced to grow up significantly since we last interacted. I got a full time job where I have to talk to a lot of people and sometimes do damage control which has grown my people skills significantly. I have also joined the Army and already gone through training which taught us discipline and self control. I have also simply aged and grown out of much of my immaturity.
I have read the new rules.
