Hey, I don’t think u should be able to vote on ur old names since I did and didn’t get anything it should say that this name don’t exist on the server anymore or just make the system feel I changed name
You can't get them back no, if you're really desperate you could re-vote with your actual username and a VPN enabled but this is against the voting site's rules
The rules on the sites regarding this is somewhat ambiguous. They could argue that in doing so, you're trying to rig the vote. In his defense, this is a one time action, and ultimately doesn't cause too much of an impact. So he wouldn't be faulted for this. All of the sites more-so focus on the banning of voting for one player multiple times a day. There used to be (and still are) exploits on the voting sites where a single player could vote multiple times without the use of alts. A common early trick involved removing a character from your name every time you voted. For example: Vote for RedstoneTrails -> I get vote rewards Vote for RedstoneTrail -> System didn't recognize this as this same name, so it let me vote. Then goes on to send the vote, and since there is no player named RedstoneTrail, the vote rewards system would reroute this to me. Vote for RedstoneTrai Vote for RedstoneTra Vote for RedstoneTr Continue until you no longer receive voting rewards. But again, they've blocked that basic exploit. I'm not sure if there's any more exploits like that left, but those are the kinda things that would actually get you in trouble.
Even though you can still vote with your name without getting grass, you gotta tell Leeeroieee that u changed your name.
Well it happened to me once. Nonetheless, its mostly your fault for changing your name and voting under your new name in which the votes now only count towards your new IGN instead of your old IGN. Plus I'm not sure if that's possible since as mijiperki stated, the vote sites are not run by the server and if your votes were transferred by a higher staff then it wouldn't be fair for the others whom that issue happened with. I'm sticking with no support.
