Because its my freedom of skin ,it is just my choice and i didn't even said anything against anyone or any type of stuff , i just think it's a total lack of respect banning because of it, he did genocide okay . so if i had a stalin skin would i be banned as well? it's a game. it's a skin . stop looking for stuff to be ofended by.

First of all, I got informed about you having a hitler skin from a player and they were really offended by that skin. I then came to you and asked you to change it and then you went on about "expressing yourself and having the freedom" which is fine but expressing yourself with a hitler skin which is an offensive skin on a kid friendly server, there'll be consequences for that if you don't change it, and that I should turn the skin settings off even if I did that, there are other players that will see your skin and most of them will get offended by it and possibly report it to a staff member and they'll take the same action as I did. I then asked you again a few times and then you just ignored me so therefore I had to take action.

So this ban is not incorrect in any way and it is a fair ban. So, unless you change your skin and with you showing no remorse, I am going to have to deny your appeal.

i've been playing for a while and visited other players none finded it ofensive , now 1 player found it ofensive and i got banned for it.
I have no remorses because it is not ofensive.
Kid friendly server > Hitler = NSFW?
And then i ignored? i was AFK .
If i had a spiderman skin and someone got offended because their uncle used to molest them as a kid in a spiderman costume would i have to remove my skin as well? I mean , it's really ofensive to that user and makes him sad so i should right? See how it makes 0 sense in other context?

BertBerry is a very capable moderator, who's judgement in this infraction was correct. Unfortunately, requesting a higher staff member to look at the appeal because his judgement doesn't suit your own interests has made appealing your ban more difficult.

Belittling staff members will get you nowhere in an appeal.

If you read the rules listed here, you would understand that it is against our server guidelines to have offensive skins. Regardless of whether you yourself believe it is inappropriate, it is against our rules, and deemed offensively inappropriate by members of our community and those who safeguard it.

As moderators, there is only a finite amount that we see. We often rely on reports from our community. It is your responsibility to ensure you are adhering to the rules and guidelines set out. It does not become our problem if you choose to disobey them and eventually get caught.

Rules are there for a reason, and aren't an optional choice.

I highly suggest you open your eyes and educate yourself if you think genocide is acceptable. Nazism is not a light subject, and one which has no place here on our server or forum.

If you want to play, you will change your skin.
