1. you didn't write your Ign Right (Ign-In Game Name)
2. Bought To Eco/OldSB If you play The new SKyblock Or Else
3. you didn't Buy it all
The Shop Should Give Items After 0-15 mins more then that its about 1 of the 3 that i said before

What I Mean We Have In The Shop 3 Options Of Skyblock 1. Skyblock Its the new skyblock after OldSb aka classic And we have also new Skyblock Economy That was in different Server [skyblock.org] and now its in Skyblock.net So Maybe you bought to one of these 3 and meant to different Part of skyblock in skyblock.net

Hello Cwi3Q, I'm sorry this happened to you. I checked on the status of your payment and it looks good to me, but it does show that the command is still due, which means it has not been delivered to you yet. I'm not sure why. Items are usually delivered within five minutes, as long as you are logged on to the correct server and have enough space in your inventory.

Can you please make sure you are logged on to the correct server? We have three:

/classic - The original Skyblock server
/skyblock - A newer server we released about a year ago
/economy - The newest server we released last month

The payment was for the /skyblock server.
