Hey.

My minecraft user is Togarriapa
I was a Donor25 in both servers, the economy and survival.
As both ended and started the new skyblock, i noticed i turned into a Skyking.
But users told me i was supposed to get something for my Donor25 in economy....
To add up we lost the spawners that came with the ranks, that no one gave back.
Does someone have answers?

Hello Togarriapa,

The ranks were renamed on the new server, meaning that Skyknight is the equivalent of Donor 25 on the /classic server. You may switch between the two with /classic or /skyblock at any time.

As the economy server has shut down, you may request a coupon code equal to the value of your rank on the server, that can be used on our store, located here.

Please follow the format listed on the following thread, in order to request a refund. If you would like for the coupon to be mailed to an account different than the one that initially purchased the rank, please be sure to log on with both accounts from the same IP address so that we may confirm both accounts belong to you.
