well it makes just as much sense for someone to disable flying on THEIR own island as it is for the server to disable it in the nether,Mob Arena, etc.

At the same time i do agree, since many people including me have paid $50 to be skylord should be allowed to fly wherever they want unless it would allow them to cheat

 

Full support, I hate it when I have parkour for like a prize, and flyers just ruin it

 

One question is how often do you parkour? Because if parkour have been a big thing how come /warp parkour is not use. Also when you complete parkour there isn't much of a prize anyway.

 

Well, I am planning 2 make some for my island, and also everyone has areas on there island they dont want people 2 go 2, I guess thats what i mean, there is just areas I dont wwant some people 2 see

 

Neutral, not a bad idea and I can see why but I feel like you can cover the area you don't want people to see up with blocks. Or if you want sunlight you can cover it with glass

I as a skylord feel this is unfair and unnecessary since you can just cover areas you don't want people to fly in or /boot them if you don't want them flying. I'm pretty sure those of us who bought /fly or bought skylord would agree. And as a skylord you especially should understand

 

Agreeing with Alcala here. Some people don't have fast reactions and may be carrying rares.

 

No support. /fly should work consistently everywhere or people are going to forget they on an island without this and fall to their deaths. Also if this stays off (like after visiting the nether) then this increases the potential for problems. At least with the nether, everyone knows /fly will not work there. This addition would reduce the enjoyment of the game.

Unfortunately, your suggestion has been declined. If we implemented this, it would cause players who are flying near your island to fall into the void as soon as they entered your airspace. Since most islands don't fill their entire boundary, there is a large area around your island that is over the void.

While we understand that some players may not want to allow flying on their island, we feel that this feature would likely have a negative impact on gameplay.

I hope you know how much we appreciate the time and thought you put into making this suggestion, though, and I hope you'll keep thinking of great ideas for for how to make the server better for everyone!
