Used to play on this server a lot a couple years ago and decided to start playing again recently but I noticed my island and in game rank are gone. I had either donor10 or donor20, cant remember which it was. I used to play with the username "Jungle_Ninja1" back when i got the rank, but have since switched my username. Is there some way I could get my rank back?Thanks.
Do you happen to know if you had a rank on the economy server, or the old /classic server? If you had a rank on the economy server, please fill out the form listed here, to the best of your ability. As the economy server has shut down, you will receive a buycraft coupon for the exact amount that you paid for your rank, which can be used to purchase items and/or ranks here.
pretty sure it was the old/classic server. As far as I can remember I always went on the .net server. I checked my palpal history and turns out I got it on the same account I have now. Made the purchase back on Nov 24 of 2015 and It was the $10 donor rank.

Is there any more detail on your receipt regarding the seller? I don't see any record of Negative_Color (or its other names) having any history of purchases through our buycraft site. Is it possible this is from a different skyblock server?
Only other info I found is that the contact email is Mineverse support email. That said, I'm 100% certain I always joined through skyblock.net, never through the Mineverse IP. I also noticed both mineverse, and skyblock.net are owned by the same people. Is it possible that the purchase could for some reason be listed under the mineverse account rather than skyblock. Ah I found one for negative_colour (with the U)! I'll ask a dev to run the upgrade commands again and you should be good for both servers
