The whole state of this situation is getting pathetic.

1. I was banned for no reason at all besides stating an obvious flaw with the staff team, which was agreed on by many players. I followed all appeal protocols, despite the stupid-ness of the situation.

2. My appeal was ignored for three months without a single reason. This is the worst part because I, a player, appealed an incorrect ban, using the system put in place, and was promptly ignored and then silenced. It has been three months and I still have no idea why I was banned and how stating a fact was worthy of a three-month ban. How am I meant to feel remorse for my actions if I have no idea what I did?

3. Appeal accounts being banned.

Need I say any more on the subject? All my posts were done in the correct sections and anything that was not done correctly should have been removed and not banned. If any information was provided, I cannot see it - regardless, my appeal account shouldn't be banned.

That's the first thread, I cannot see the second thread for some reason, nor can I find it, so just use the accounts post history.

I have been a moderator on sites with forty times the active players than this and no appeal has been open for longer than two days. Three months is ridiculous. No one should be permanently banned for such a silly reason. People who doxed other people are still unbanned and I get permanently banned for posting a fact about fun and how he administrates? Seems a tad biased, doesn't it?

That was in March, six months ago. I am certain it does not take six months to receive a yes or no. As Cypriot is gone, as should this ban as I was banned because fun simply cried to him that I upset her precious feelings. Why else would I be permanently banned for criticising the entire staff team? Go look at my last post Sean

I shouldn't be surprised, seeing as I was demoted without question because someone asked me what I thought of them.

It has been open since January (when I was banned) and he has yet to respond. At this point, I have been unfairly banned since then and it's painfully obvious that neither he nor Cypriot cared enough to deal with it. It would now fall to a forum administrator, which is simple. However, fun is highly biased, absolutely detests me, as evidenced by her banning me from Discord the instant I came to address it with a rude remark of, "People banned on the forums are banned on Discord."

As I said, I was banned by Cypriot because fun cried to him. I doubt he even read what I said, or whether he did or did not care. I know him well enough. This ban is, in every sense of the word, undeserved and I'm at a loss of words that no one has seen that yet.

I wrote the rules, I tweaked them over the years. I know for a fact I broke none of them.

I tried to talk to fun, as above.

Why this was escalated to Crew is beyond me.

 

It has been a week and still nothing. ~_~
