Hello staff, purchased sky-god as off 2 ish hours ago and received none of the items in-game that were not included with the kit, i believe this is due to activity in the mob arena whilst making the donation..

any help towards this issue would be greatly appreciated

Yes, it looks like you were in the arena when the purchases were delivered. I've reissued the items to you. They should be delivered shortly after the next time you log on. You may want to remain on your island until they are delivered so they are not lost.
