    i would like to question my ban i have recieved whilst i have been away from the server for a few years regarding chargebacks?
    Am i able to have some more information on this please, as when checking upon my paypal account, i have no record of any paypal chargebacks with skyblocks.net

    5. Why do YOU think you were banned? im not sure, i havnt had any chargeback evidence via paypal!
    6. Was this an incorrect ban? i think so!!
    7. Were you ever banned before on Skyblock? If so, what for? first time ban.
    8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? ive payed a lot into skyblocks, and have built quite the island. Im my return a few years later, im shocked to see im banned?! If there is a problem, am i able to have more information? Thanks

    Hi Bevan,
    I checked the buycraft records and it's showing a chargback on a $40 purchase (upgrade from donor 50 to donor100) from Feb 14, 2016.

    Hey Kerahna,
    Thanks for your reply. Under some investiagtion via paypal, no chargebacks came of that $40 payment. As it was 2 years ago, im not sure what was wrong with the payment, however there are no records via my paypal of any actual chargebacks.
    Could you double check that information you have please?

    I double checked the information and it is still the same. Do you have a receipt from the Feb 2016 purchase?

    I have to check with noobcrew because usually when chargebacks are closed it would show it on buycraft.

    Is there any advancement on confirmation that the chargeback was cancelled please?

    It’s been 7 days since the appeal has been opened, and I’m extremely keen to return to my island!

    Im not sure there is much Kera can do, because the owners need to confirm via paypal that the issue has been resolved.
    Its been 4 weeks, and honestly, i dont think they care.
