Wrong thing bought

    i accidentally bought skyking to skylord, which I already have, instead of buying the 25$ gift card. Is there anyway I can get it changed to it?

    So he/she has just spent $15 on something they already have by accident.. I mean that seems a bit harsh not to offer a refund. Money doesn't grow on tree's

    Totally agree.
    Some people aren't fortune enough to be able to just spend another $25 on something after wasting $15. It's not fair to just say you can't refund them when technically you can but you just don't want to. Think about how you would feel if you were in this situation.

    If I read it right and you bought a rankup despite having that rank, there should be something in place to prevent you purchasing something you already have.
    Try contacting crew if you can get a hold of him, otherwise maybe someone else higher up like Kerahna.

    Implementing something like this would cause a lot less of these problems; the owner/developers really should consider this idea.

    I'll make a a post in the suggestion section so this never happens again because I don't think it's fair to not exchange it or have a way to stop poeple buying the same thing over again
