This happened on my island and since i cannot destroy these vines and leaves and wood its very annoying.

Please prevent vines and trees from growing outside skyblock boundaries.

ALTERNATE IDEA: I've heard this may not be possible to do. If that is the case, we can also be granted permission to break blocks that would be inside our island boundaries if we bought the maximum expansion.

 

I'd be happy to remove those for you in the meantime. I'll pop by your island later tonight.

 

But the vines are gonna regrow, just remove the wood and leaves

Just a suggestion, possibly move the vines, or the source creating said vines, to a more suitable area? I'm unsure if theres anything that could be added to restrict naturally generated blocks from spawning over a certain line. If anything, why not consider moving your trees a few blocks inward? Or placing some blocks around where the saplings grow to restrict your trees from growing big and poofy?

 

If this cant be implemented, then i will probably do that. Maybe every reset set the blocks outside island boundaries to air if it cannot be implemented.

 

Support, it’s a pain. However, on classic there was a loophole where you could stand inside the boundary of your island and still be able to break (but not place) the blocks outside your boundary. Next time try that to see if it works on this server!

 

I dont think it works in the new server.

Support, it is really annoying and you would have to get a supermod+ to remove it for you.

I had this glitch too back then, I had Kerahna to remove this glitch.

 

support this would help out making islands look better I can really see how this could annoy people

 

Support. This may be hard to fix with coding, as lava flow is dictated by the server ticks, where tree growing is natural blocks placed by minecraft itself.

Neutral. It’s annoying to have happen, by reading the replies to this thread it doesn’t look like it’s actually possible...

For now - to prevent this - move the trees away from the island boundary a little, or just talk to an online mod who’ll be able to sort it, or request someone to remove it.
