    Thanks for your reply. I have been online, even at times you were on too, but maybe your Timezone has something to do with it? As in regards to helping, I try to avoid it when other staff are on as I don’t want to interrupt their job, but that doesn’t mean I don’t do it at all - I’ve been helping a lot more in pm recently.
    What I’m saying is - just because people don’t see it doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen, but I thank you for taking the time to reply and I’ll definitely use your feedback and do what I can to help even more. :)
    By the way, what do you mean by ‘next time’?

    I'm going to say neutral. You weren't a staff member that long and if you already needed a break? This doesn't sound good to me, however, after reading some replies I see that you were obviously a great moderator and people would like to see you back on the team. I hope you decide to stick with the team this time if you do get re-promoted.
