Rare Crate Key glitched and gave me nothing

    Opened a rare crate around 2:45 alaska time on 10/4/2018 and the crate opened, it spun then froze, closed and gave me nothing. They're expensive so it made me sad. Hope something can be done.

    Are you sure it didn't land on an animal head or something like that? What item did it freeze on? You might want to check your disguises (/d) to see if you won an animal disguise.

    Ah that must be what it was. Looks like I got the chicken disguise. Thank you for the help!
