It's confirmed that the chargebacks have already been handled, so it's all good for me to handle

I agree, chargebacking wasn't your best idea. ;P I want to make it very clear that regardless of whether you wanted a break or whether there were people influencing your decision, chargebacking isnt a good idea. On top of that, actively ban evading your chargebacks doesn't give the best impression either.

Before I remove your ban, I'd like you to go over the rules again, just to make sure that you have a clear understanding of them incase you've forgotten anything in your absence.

 

Player Disrespect: 1 - 3 day mute or ban, 3 - 7 day mute or ban // player disrespect comes in many forms, the most comment be verbal/written abuse where another player will constantly trash talk someone for no apparent reason.
Chat Related Offenses: Warnings or kicks, 30 minute - 2 hour mute // Chat related offences is mostly spamming, but other offences like bypassing filters etc are classed in this category.
Nick Abuse: Warning to change /nick, 1 - 3 day ban if refusal to change // Nick abuse is changing your nick to impersonate another player or have profanity in their nickname.
Extreme Chat Related Offenses: 1 - 31 day automatic ban // similar to chat related offences, but with less remorse, for instance not taking the warning etc.
Advertising: IP: 31 day ban or mute Name: Warning, 1 - 7 day mute // self explanatory, advertising IP address to other servers.
Posting Malicious Links: 31 day ban // posting link that either have explicit images/videos or virus related outcomes.
DDoS or Account Hacking Threats: 7 day ban, 2 week ban, 31 day ban // taking over someone else’s privacy by threatening to DDoS their internet connection and steal their account.
Releasing Private Information and Doxing: 7 day - perm ban (see In-Depth Rules for more specifics) // advertising someone’s personal information without their consent is bad because other players can find their social media and be toxic or bully, or even have their homes ‘swatted’.
Ban/Mute Evading: Ban/mute for the same amount of time remaining for the mains // when a muted or banned player uses a secondary unmuted or unbanned account to play the game.
Scamming: 3- 7 day ban, 8 - 31 day ban // stealing.
Griefing: 1 - 31 day ban (see In-Depth Rules for more specifics) // destroying other players builds etc.
Island Farming: 3 - 7 day ban, 8 - 31 day ban // making a new island to simply gain an advantage on the dirt or sand market.
Inappropriate Names: Immediate mute and 1 - 3 day ban or until name change, 3 - 31 day ban //
Inappropriate Skins: 3 - 31 day ban or until skin change // naked etc
Illegal Trading: 7 day ban (for an in-depth look at illegal trading, see this link) // buying and selling items for IRL money.
Player Killing: 3 day ban // killing another player.
