I don't know if this is my computer or game, but when I am on Skyblock it keeps freezing, I can move my cursor and it doesn't say at the top "Not Responding."

 

What client version are you using? 1.13 has been known to be very glitchy and buggy. It's recommended to use 1.12.2 or 1.12 instead.

Are you able to connect fine on other servers?

 

Make sure there isnt any some redstone or something that can make you extremely laggy
