Fortnite is now even being blamed for divorce - BBC News LMAO NOT EVEN JOKING. I WAS READING ON FOX NEWS (Don't judge I was too lazy to change to my local news channel I watch often and the one I watch police chases often hehe) and this was being discussed. I thought it wasn't true till I searched it in my news feed and found it on BBC. Not against fortnite or supporting it but damn fortnite has taken over everybody's lives, including this British kid who used his dad's credit card and spent $1,000 on fortnite. Child spends almost $1,000 USD in Fortnite microtransactions Seriously fortnite is a free game lmao Gamzee24 Parrot and you don't need to spend hundreds of dollars on skins lmao, except if you're on xbox which makes you pay at least 10 dollars cuz Microsoft doesn't allow fortnite to be played for free lol. Im getting a PS4 anyone wanna stop me? :+)
You still need to pay to play it online on a PlayStation, via PlayStation Plus. Concerning the BBC article, I’m not entirely surprised. It does say that in 200 cases Fortnite and other online games were blamed as a result which doesn’t necessarily mean Fortnite is the ultimate relationship killer.
You really can't blame the game. Blame the parents for not watching their child. Blame humans for being human.
I mean, the game is definitely addictive some people just like all games are. However, this game has a bigger fan base and age range too. Basically, what I'm trying to say is games in general can ruin marriages, it's the persons fault for not working around that "game time" for the one they love. They would clearly love the game more than their wife/husband.
The game itself is free, however to play a game online you require PlayStation Plus. I haven’t checked to see if this is true with Fortnite(but I assume it is), as I myself am not a fan of the game.
Don't Worry, Fortnite will die soon. There's this guy who spent $22,000 on fortnite. 84% of the World's Gamer's play Fortnite.
Interesting, I was not aware of this. I just naturally assumed so because most games require it. It will die eventually, but Epic Games is currently dedicated to constantly releasing new updates, content, and cosmetics that will keep many players with the game for a while. It’s absurd to think a person could spend that much money on one game, however I can’t find any article related to this sort of purchase on Fortnite, instead an article on Polygon from 2015 about a man spendings $30,000 on Star Citizen1. However, it has been estimated that Fortnite has made $1 billion in revenue in just a year2, which is quite absurd. 1Someone has spent $30,000 on Star Citizen, and says he'll spend more - Polygon 2 Fortnite — a free video game — is a billion-dollar money machine - Business Insider
Fortnite is free to play yeet Microsoft thinks its alright to spend at least 10 bucks per month on top of the extra cosmetic items that dont help you lol... I might switch to PS4. Besides on PS4 you can use your gmail.
I agree, everyone and I mean everyone plays Fortnite! Minecraft is slowly dying. Also why do people like to show off in Fortnite and buy overpriced skins! I am don't have anything against Fortnite, it is generally a fun game, I only like playing on playground mode.
You can show you care by being active in the game and not showing off your overpriced and useless skins lol. I mean seriously why would you spend 20-100 dollars on vBucks to buy skins or items that is only for cosmetic purposes only? Also Gmail gives you access to everything lmao. Microsoft accounts are lame imo.
Estimated, it’s around $12 a month to play online(other than Fortnite) on top of other goodies PS Plus offers.
I guess someone like you would need something to make you better. I only use gmail for school, my personal is Yahoo.
