Unfortunately, the level system doesn't calculate how good your island is, only how many blocks of worth you've placed, so it's a fairly arbitrary system at the moment :c I think I'm somewhere around 300, I'm not sure. Most of my island is stone and grass.
Can't you use email recovery? If not, I'd talk to Fungamer333. She's the one who will be able to reset your password for you. Discord's probably a good way of contacting her.
