I thought it would be appropriate to comment on this because rooney19 and matthew101802 both live on my island. He did replace the enderchest after he broke it. After talking to Matthew I am pretty sure he didn't want Rooney completely banned just his enderchest.

 

Matthew called be over and told me about it, I logblocked it all and it was never returned... To that spot anways he told me her didn't give anyone permission to take his enderchest - this is your second ban too.

That is the first time he was banned for griefing the old PvP arena when the worldguard was down.

The second time was when you banned him, then unbanned him.

This is the third time.
