This was a nice, insightful review without any feeling of toxicity or invidious intention. These are intrituing points, and while I may not interact with our moderator community as frequently as many, I do see where many of these such issues were prevalent, most certainly the forums moderation aspect.
As I learn more about the team I can fix my views up a lot. There are some things that have different reasoning. As a member of staff however, I am going to close this as I no longer find it appropriate to have.
