Roz msg'd me wanting me to buy his account. i told him on discord that it was illegal.... he then said giving it away was not illegal. so instead i would give him a giftcard on xbox or something. (yes still technically irl trading i get it) thing is the second he got the giftcard code, he blocked me.... so not only did i buy him a giftcard for xbox, but i also got banned for it. and i didnt get any account. i know you think i should be banned but im a fragile person and im actually crying.... i never meant to break the rules and even tho i might deserve being banned for 30 days. i think i have learned my lesson with all this seeing as i got technically set up and im left with less than i started with. I am so sorry

I was baited into it, and it's completely my fault for taking his word regarding that what I was doing was completely "legal". I have screenshots (20 in total) of the entire conversation I have had with "Lazyitis" which I can send via discord DM or forum's inbox whenever in order to fully support my case and provide evidence to back up everything I have said. After you go through the entire conversation we have had over discord, you will see that I have never gotten the account information from him, so I hope you can have it looked at as a 1 side trade, keeping in mind, that I was the one who gave and didn't receive anything in return from Lazyitis and re-consider the ban upheld against me. I will never ever do or discuss any sort of deal with anyone or anything for the rest of my skyblock time. Wish you have a nice day and this is all I got to say.

 

Thank you so much for waiting patiently, as I had told you before, I was planning to wait to find out the full story, but I feel in this case it's a little much to leave you hanging.

IRL trading is never okay, even if you did it simply because you weren't aware of the rule. You were banned not too long ago for island farming and seemed to have read all the rules thoroughly, so I'm slightly confused as to how you ended up in this situation. I understand that you meant no harm, however, this isn't going to be an easy ban to get out of.

I've rechecked all the screenshots that you sent me, and found one that really isn't okay. You both attempted to sell the account using a rigged "giveaway" in game. First of all, IRL trading isn't allowed, but secondly, you decided to bring that in game, and notify other players of it.
Apparently, Lazyitis has claimed to have been "hacked" which I find extremely unlikely, since who would hack not only his discord but all his Minecraft accounts too? It doesn't add up.

You also say that he scammed you through this deal anyway, can you explain how that ended up happening?

 

i dont think he was hacked i think he is making that part up to be honest. the rigged giveaway never actually happend in game at all. that was his idea and i never actually went along with it. i simply asked questions. the part where he ended up scamming me is in the screenshots aswell i think but basically after he got what he wanted he blocked me on all platforms. and left me hanging. so i did never recieve anything from him. i simply gave him a giftcard on xbox and once he got that he blocked me. i realize that this still wasnt okei and i am so so sorry. i feel horrible and stupid for letting him manipulate me into thinking this was okei in any way. i will never do anything like this again. and i feel horrible...

 

After multiple informants coming forward about the situation, that not only happened to you but many others, I'm going to unban you.
I don't want to see you go through with a sketchy trade ever again. If you're unsure whether something is illegal or not, please ask a staff member before you go through with it, not only myself but any of us. Our discord dm's are always open if you have any questions. It can prevent any situations like this with ease. Next time something happens like this, we likely won't be so lenient, so please, be careful!

If you haven't already, I'd like you to cease all contact with Lazy (I'm hoping you have. heh). I believe he has been making multiple excuses as to why he's done this, one of these being that he was "hacked". Please, for everyone's sake, don't be so trusting. It's a lovely quality but there are some people who do want to throw you under the bus and will do anything to achieve their goal. I don't want to see you get banned for things like this, or at all!
