island expansions and transfer of ownership

    if i do a coop and leave giving away my island would the island expansion still remain for the new owner of the island? or would they be locked out of part of it because they didn't buy the expansion?

    The island expansion is locked to the island, not the player. So if you transfer an island to a new owner, they will have the island plus the expansions.

    The Island Expansion stays in the Island. not the player. If you give an player your Island with an Island Expansion, it will stay.

    thanks for the responses guys. as soon as you hit the buy button it also reiterates that, but i didn't want to buy it till i knew so i didn't press the button lol. this can be closed any time now.
