As much as I hate making this appeal, I do have to apologize for my mistake and actions. The punishable offense that I've committed as a player didn't just affect me in any way, it could have affected other players on the Skyblock.net community too. I don't just want to apologize to the staff and owners. I would like to apologize to all the players out there reading this and to the players who are affected because of this incident, especially my co-op members.

• Was this an incorrect ban? No

• Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? I was banned for a false auction back on Skyblock.org. It happened when I was fairly new to Minecraft and the server. I was trying to auction some kind of block, but little to my knowledge, I wasn't holding the correct item. As a result, I've ended up auctioning a random renamed item (which was meant to be for a prank for my friend) and so I was banned.

• Why do you think you should be unbanned? As the only server I play on Minecraft for the past few months, as much as I love to play on this server, I really love to play it with my friends and players that I've met over the past four years on Skyblock. Since this is my second ban, I will take the full-length ban time of five days. My alt's In-Game Username is Icydagger12, a staff member might want to ban that account for the same amount of time too.

Getting caught doing something illegal is really the last thing you would want to happen. I feel ashamed and I also feel like I had let many people down. In the end, I do not have any hard feelings towards the staff team here on Skyblock.net. Instead, I would like to thank you all staff members for keeping the server clean, safe and enjoyable for many players around the globe. I am truly sorry that it has to come to this and for my previous rule-breaking actions.

Was going to request a ban for my "semi" alt with the IGN Icychalkster, but it was already banned.

As you know, you're banned for island farming, you are one of the last people I would have expected this from. I have removed the dirt that was farmed from your island, and BertBerry has had to dig up the other part of the island farmed dirt.

I would like you to re-read the rules, and state them in your own words for me.

Player Disrespect: Being disrespectful to any player by using any disrespectful vocabulary, phrases or any insults etc. or any kind of bullying

Chat Related Offenses: Any kind of spamming: words, sentences or phrases, use of profanity, and bypassing the chat filter.

Nick Abuse: Using the /nick command to give yourself a Nickname that is already in use or using the command to impersonate oneself. The only exception is when the other player (the player who you want to use their name) give you permission to do so. Taking screenshots are recommended to keep yourself away from any trouble.

Extreme Chat Related Offenses: Any type of discrimination, sexist or racist comments to oneself counts as an offence. There are no exceptions to Death threats either.

Advertising: IP: Advertising other IP addresses to other Minecraft servers. The only exception is if the IP to another server is related to the owners of skyblock.net (Noobcrew/Cypriotmerks) such as Mineverse.com, skywars.com etc.

Posting Malicious Links: Links that contain any malware, spyware, trojan or any kind of virus that could collect personal data or cause harm.

DDoS or Account Hacking Threats: Threats that claim to DDoS the server or hacking player accounts are not allowed.

Releasing Private Information and Doxing: Releasing real name, addresses, phone numbers, emails or any sort of personal information, photos or files are not allowed.

Ban/Mute Evading: Trying to bypass a ban/or mute by using other Minecraft accounts to play on the server.

Scamming: Scamming any player for any item(s), money or rank without fair trade is considered scamming. Best to have proof of trade when trading with other players, especially trading items with high value.

Griefing: Taking oneself's island to their advantage by breaking, destroying or ruining an island without permission is considered griefing. Griefing also applies to kill oneself's animal(s)/Pet(s) or stealing anything that you don't own

Island Farming: Resetting your island multiple times to collect 'illegal to trade' items such as dirt, sand, and lava buckets.

Inappropriate Names: No inappropriate IGN's allowed on the server. If you are in possession on an account that has an inappropriate name, you must change it before you could log onto the server. Using /nick to set an inappropriate name is also not allowed.

Inappropriate Skins: Player skin that shows any body part or any kind of costume that could seem racist or offensive to other players are not allowed. In order to play on the server, you must immediately change your player's skin to something appropriate.
Illegal Trading: Trading any 'illegal to trade' blocks such as dirt, coarse dirt, sand, sandstone, TNT, Buckets, Silverfish spawn eggs/blocks. The same thing applies to renamed items (ex. renaming a wooden button to "Pig Spawner" and use it for trading) unless both traders know about it.

Player Killing: Intentionally killing any player for their items or just to 'troll' is not allowed. One exception is if the player who is going being killed gave their permission for you to do so.
