4. Did you read the rules ? Yes I have read every rule that was posted on the forum.
5. Why do YOU think you were banned? I fully take responsibility for island farming using the account of MomospiderX ( one of my friends account) to get illegal items like dirt and sand.

7. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? I have been banned recently for "looting" (i don't even know what i looted though)
8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I think i should be unbanned because at the time I was was island farming (about a week or so ago) i didn't read the rules at that time, but very recently I have been banned for "looting" and then I read the rules. I take full responsibility in using a friends account to island farm dirt and sand. I am very sorry and I guarantee that i will never do anything that is against the rules.

Hello GodOfPvP, thank you for taking the time to create an appeal.

As you have stated in your appeal, you were banned for island farming a massive amount of materials, using another player's account. You island farmed 1,067 dirt, 43 sand, and 9 lava buckets. This is nearly 18 stacks of island farmed materials. I understand that you may have not read the rules, until after you had island farmed these materials, however I do not see what would make you think that this was okay. It gave you an obvious advantage over other players, and you even went to the trouble of using a friend's account to island farm. You also very recently came back from a ban for looting. How would you be able to show me that you will not break the rules again?

I would like you to explain the situation leading up to your decision to island farm, explain why I should give you another chance, and also answer the following questions.

• Where did you place the dirt that had been island farmed?
• Did you give or sell any of the dirt to other players?
  • If you did, who did you trade the dirt with?
• Would you be able to place exactly 1,067, or 16 stacks and 43 dirt blocks, 43 sand, and 9 lava buckets in a chest, on your island, to be retrieved by a moderator?
• Is there anything else that you would like to add to the appeal before continuing?

 

1. I placed all the dirt i got on the floating islands
2. I haven't sold any of the dirt or any illegal items
3. when i was making the islands some of the dirt fell into the void but i will give all the dirt and everything in my chest

At the time i did the island farming i wasnt aware of the rule(it was before the looting) and now fully read all the rules i promise that i will never break the rules again, i am very sorry sorry for what i have done.

All of the time stamps showed that the latest session of island farming was on August 14th, showing that you did in fact island farm before your ban for looting, which caused you to refresh yourself on the rules. That being said, not taking the time to read the rules is not an excuse. I will reduce your ban to three days, as you seem genuinely sorry, however I would like you to first restate all of the rules, which can be found here, in your own words. You will then be responsible for placing 16 stacks and 43 blocks of dirt, 43 blocks of sand, and 9 lava buckets in a private chest, on your island, for a moderator to pick up, once your ban expires. Failure to do so within 24 hours of being unbanned will result in your ban being reinstated.

Being rude, racist, disrepectful, or anything that will offend another player

• Chat Related Offenses:

Spamming, using inappropriate language, bypassing the chat.

• /Nick Abuse

Taking a nickname form another player without permission

• Extreme Chat Related Offenses:

Saying anything that is discriminatory to any other player ( racist, sexist, ect.)

• Advertising and Inappropriate Links:

Posting anything that would be harmful to someone that could click on it, except things like youtubers that are on the server

• Posting Malicious Links:

Sending links that could take someones personal information

• DDoS or Account Hacking Threats:

When you make a DDoS threat or threaten to hack other players

• Releasing Private Information and Doxing:

Sending private information about others ( real name, where they live, IP, etc.)

• Ban/Mute Evading:

Trying to get out of your punishment

• Scamming:

Taking/ stealing loot, ranks, money from others

• Griefing:

Destroying/breaking other islands (when co-op or trusted)

• Island Farming:

Repeatedly making islands for the resources and getting an advantage over other players.

 

If i get all the dirt from my island and all the chest but it doesnt equal 1,067, becuase some might have fallen into the void or have despawned, what will happen?

 

Thank you for restating the rules in your own words. I will accept your appeal, and reduce your ban to 3 days. If you are not able to find all of the dirt, you will be responsible for using your grass, to make up for the lost dirt. There is no way to verify how much of the dirt was lost to the void, and it is still your responsibility to remove the correct amount of items, as they were legally obtained. Please refresh yourself on the rules every so often to ensure that you do not break any more rules. I will not be as lenient in the future, if I have to punish you for breaking the rules.
