It is becoming increasingly more common for players to build massive chest trading shops to gain massive profits. Some players only or mostly sell one or a specific type of item. For example, I sell enchantment related items, Ankitrin sells banners and Mr_Gallifrey sells stone.

For those who struggle to find good shops like these, a /warp shops would make it easier for people to find players who sell items they are looking for. What I think /warp shops should be is a warp, similar to the style of /warp info, that can direct you to the shops you need to find. To add yourself to /warp shops, you can either apply via forums or talk to the person who manages the warp.

Before you tell me about how I can simply ask in the chat, “Does anyone buy/sell ___?”, players that sell items you need can be offline or simply not respond (rarely). There have been multiple times in the past where I asked for iron shops and I don’t get responses until 10 minutes later. If /warp shops was a thing, I could’ve gone there and found my options for ore shops.

Neutral, I mean we had something like this when trade shops were first added were we see the available players tradeshops if I remember correctly. And I've made a guide listing all the players' shops that I can find in here: Skyblock - Players' Shops List | Skyblock Forums

 

Although your list is great, it doesn’t include items people sell (I am aware that would take a ton of work to pull off). Also, many Skyblock users don’t use the forums. Anyways, thank you for your response.

 

I think its a pretty good idea.
Maybe every one that apply for having their shop listed can get a personal sign that they can describe their shop in a few letters.

And also you get teleported to the island when clicking on the shops sign.

no support. if they want to advertise their shop they can in chat. if you do this it just makes everything completely unfair. people will look to those shops first before any others

 

Think of /warp info. If you are looking for color codes for example, you go over to the color codes section and see your options. This is the same idea for /warp shops. The warp has different sections, for example tool shops, stone shops, wool shops, etc. Nobody's at the top or bottom. They are where they are based on what they sell.

 

I believe that this would cause problems. The fact that most people would go to the people at the top of the list would cause newer, less experienced people not to have the chance to start their own shops. Just my two cents, however.
